PLA CarbonLook was created for prints in which the visual effect of the object is more important than its industrial use. It is a unique combination of PLA (polylactide) material and a small amount of carbon fibers. The result is a filament with exceptional visual properties. Prints made of this filament have a satin, shiny surface, on which almost no layers are visible. PLA CarbonLook filament has properties similar to other PLA filaments available in our offer. This means exceptional ease of printing, low level of flossing and very good adhesion between layers. The prints are characterized by very good reproduction of details and a unique surface. To minimize friction and maximally extend the life of the brass nozzles, the abrasive properties of the carbon fibers have been reduced to a minimum.

PLA CarbonLook will be great even in the simplest devices. It does not require a heated table or a closed compartment. It is characterized by low shrinkage and lack of unpleasant odor.

Recommended printing parameters:

- extrusion temperature: 185-225°C
- table temperature: 40-60°C
- ventilation: 50-100%
- printing speed: 60-80 mm/s

The filament can be printed on unheated tables, in an open chamber. In case of adhesion problems, we recommend using an adhesive. Cooling during printing is recommended. Its power should be adapted to the capabilities of the printer and the geometry of the printed model.
